Are you able to meet the ELI+ Program expectations, which includes confirmation of the following:
I understand that this is a place-based program, and I affirm that I work for a social sector organization in the State of Rhode Island.
I understand that taking part in ELI+ program includes participating in the Institute for Nonprofit Practice’s Core Certificate Program.
The program I'm applying for involves a mix of virtual and in-person sessions. There will be 8-9 mandatory in-person sessions held at the Rhode Island Foundation spanning July 2025 to May 2026, as well as weekly 4-hour sessions on Zoom spanning September 2025 to May 2026.
For virtual sessions, I'll need to use a computer (not a phone), have access to a quiet environment, participate with my camera on, and be able to unmute.
I understand that this program focuses on social impact management and leadership skill building, and is designed for mid-level career candidates, such as nonprofit and public sector managers and senior leaders, and social entrepreneurs.
I understand that topics are examined through a DEIA lens, but this is not a DEIA training or certification program.
I acknowledge this program aims to create a supportive learning community by fostering a brave space for leaders to share openly and authentically about their experiences at work. I understand that I will be encouraged to contribute to this supportive learning environment.
