2025 Changemaker Awards Nomination Form

Do you know someone – in the INP community or beyond – who has embodied remarkable service and dedication to advancing the common good in the social impact sector? Each year, the Institute for Nonprofit Practice honors a small group of Changemakers, leaders in the public and nonprofit sectors who have embodied service and dedication to uplifting our communities. Our aim is to celebrate individuals who didn't necessarily make headlines, but have contributed to cultures of care and belonging for others, exemplify service, courage, generosity, innovation, and/or bridge building, and embody diverse forms of leadership. Help us recognize a Changemaker today! We plan to honor each recipient of our 2025 Changemaker Awards during a special evening of inspiration, appreciation, and connection called The Art of Leading for Good at Pucker Gallery in Boston, MA on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 6-8pm ET. We extend gratitude to our hosts and friends, Sue and Bernie Pucker, who make this special evening possible. Who is eligible for the Changemaker award ? Someone who...
